Every item is made-to-order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order ships, standard domestic shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is approximately 5–12 business days from the date your order is placed.
 

Tracking & Delays
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please keep in mind that shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays, peak shopping periods, or other high-volume times.

Because every Casino Cat™ product is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size or color.

Damaged or Defective Items
 

We want you to love your Casino Cat™ gear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll gladly arrange a free replacement.
 

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue. You do not need to return the defective or damaged item.
 

We’ll review your request and work with you to get a replacement arranged as quickly as possible.
